NSC on-site project managers work in partnership with the customer’s project ensuring the steel meets the highest quality standards, arrives on time, goes up on schedule and stays within budget. In conjunction with a project manager’s other functions, they can assist with:

• Pre-construction planning
• Managing design
• Formulating construction methods
• Preparing schedules
• Developing a detailed cash-flow projection
• Overseeing the work and services of subcontractors and suppliers

At all stages of the project, our project managers keep vital lines of communication open so that NSC can deliver as promised. They are a point of accountability for all project services and erection schedules.
